Tasting Notes: An inaugural vintage to behold, this medium-bodied, muscular Cabernet displays an umami-like savoriness and notes of herbaceous sage and damp earth. Tasting Notes: The interplay of robust fruit uniting with delicate wet earth tones sends this wine’s aromatics jumping from the glass.
